  • Developed and managed branch budgets of $2 – $10 million as well as business plans for the Western region.
  • Management of day-to-day operations for 250 unionized staff providing service to 900 clients within the Central Okanagan
  • Responsible for $9m/year clinical care delivery
  • Contract management of several large government service delivery contracts.
  • Leadership of regional human resource functions including labour/management relations.
  • Management if multi-national branch operations including intake, client service standards, invoicing/payroll functions, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Produced a not-for profit agency public relations video.
  • Fundraised over $90,000 for the purchase of 3 NFP agency vehicles.



Project Management

  • Led the development of a $46M construction project (163,000 sqft) plus the design and construction of $17m tenant improvement project
  • Led the relocation of 800+ staff  (clinical and corporate) from 10 different locations to a consolidated location
  • Identified cost drivers and potential areas for cost savings in $10m  non-wage expenses
  • Coordination of Project and deliverables across 4  sites for $5m annual pay for performance funding
  • System engagement to optimize flow through departments
  • Leadership and coordination for seven teams engaged in system benchmarking initiative with $3.4M savings deliverable
  • Utilization of Risk Management framework for new funding model and project deliverables across organization
